We do not offer returns or refunds. We carefully package and assure the safe arrival of your product. Although, in some rare cases, your product might arrive in unexpected conditions (damaged etc.) In that case, we will offer returns and offer you a full refund if applicable. Please email us within 24 hours of receipt, a photo (proof) of damage and description to email@example.com. Depending on the situation, a full or partial refund will be issued or a replacement order will be shipped. The return of damaged merchandise will be at the discretion of the seller.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For Dry goods can be returned up to 15 days after purchase for full refund, as long as it is unused. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
